Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, optional business name, the service chosen and your project description.
- Contact form messages: name, email, subject and message.
- Files and materials you send for your order.
- Payment status information returned by the payment provider (for example, whether a payment succeeded and the method type).
What we do not collect
Card numbers and security codes are entered only on the payment provider's hosted checkout. This website never receives or stores full card details or CVV codes.
How we use information
To process and deliver your order, communicate with you, respond to enquiries, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Your information is not sold.
Third-party payment processing
Payments are processed by Pagoramp and the payment networks it uses. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy terms.
Retention
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and accounting purposes. Working files are kept only as long as needed to complete and support your order, unless you ask for earlier deletion where permitted.
Your requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting the studio. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
